We start with a discovery video call where we get to know each other, discuss the key details of your project, and walk through our process and pricing. We’ll chat about what’s next and how we’ll move forward working together.

Through an in-depth consultation, client inspiration imagery review, we clarify your scope, goals, functionality and aesthetic vision. Allowing us to create a proposal that sets the project in motion.
Initial Consultation
Once the proposal is approved, we begin our in-depth discovery phase. This includes a tailored design questionnaire, custom mood boards, and everything we need to begin shaping the designs.
Design Exploration
Once we’ve developed the full design vision, we present a comprehensive design package, complete with elevations, renderings, materials, and layouts. During this phase we walk you through samples, finishes, and the design details.
Design Presentation
Once the design package has been approved, we finalize and submit all construction documents needed to execute on the design as well as managing all purchase orders in coordination with the builders.
Construction + Order Management
From on-site check-ins to coordinating closely with contractors and trades, we guide the process collaboratively, ensuring alignment with the entire project team throughout.
We handle site visits, contractor and vendor coordination, and every detail in between, working closely with the project team to keep things running seamlessly.
Project Management
In our installation and styling phase, we coordinate deliveries and installations, then layer in intentional accessories and styling touches.
